In the early 80s my grandfather Lee Martin created a comic strip centered around condominium living in Miami, FL. Despite his best efforts it never saw print. Lee died May 18, 2004, and I have finally gotten around to 'publishing' them. Some of his references are now so dated that I have included annotation where it might be helpful to 21st century readers.
